Melbourne Birth Debriefing

Birth debriefing is an opportunity to have your birth story heard, validated and held. 

Bethany and Claire have been holding women and their partners through the unravelling of their birth stories throughout their doula careers. 

We’re here to support you as you reflect upon your experience. Perhaps you need to talk through what happened to you, what was said to you or what you heard during your pregnancy, labour, birth or postpartum experience.  Perhaps you need to work  through your previous experience prior to the birth of your next child. Perhaps you’re feeling additional worries as you approach your next birth, or you may be sitting holding your baby wondering what happened. Our warm, gentle and open approach will ensure you feel safe, held and supported as you talk things through..

• 90 minute in person session $160 ( 45 minute follow up session(s) $95)
