A non-refundable deposit of $95 is required to secure your booking.
The balance must be paid in full 1 week prior to class commencement unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed upon. An email will be sent to remind you that the balance is due. Failure to pay may result in your place being passed to others waiting to join the class.
Payment details will be clearly marked within your first email to confirm your booking.
We recommend attending a Group Class between 25 – 35 weeks of pregnancy
If you choose to attend a Group class post 37 weeks of pregnancy, and your baby is born prior to the class commencing you will not be eligible for a full refund – however we will link you to our Online postnatal video topics.
If your baby is born prior to 37 weeks a refund will be granted less a 10% administration fee.
Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the workshop commencing are not eligible for a refund – However, you may book into our next class (availability permitting).
If you are unable to attend the class in person and there is not availability for a group class that suits your needs we can arrange access to our online Childbirth Essentials Course.

Childbirth Education Australia only offers a full refund if we cancel the workshop.
Exchanges requested after the start of the class or workshop will not be granted.

If you choose to attend our classes post 36 weeks, you will not be eligible for a full refund if your baby is born prior to the completion of the course
Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the workshop commencing are not eligible for a refund – However, you may reschedule (availability permitting)
